Sund Holding is planning a new company headquarters in the newly developed industrial park. The new building consists of an office and administration headquarter as well as storage space in the form of a high-bay warehouse. The classic perforated facade of the administration building is broken up by storey-wide window formats that vary in width. The classic brickwork with deep window reveals gives the building the necessary optical stability to assert itself alongside the volume of the high-bay warehouse. The facade of the high-bay warehouse is contrasted with a bright metal facade, which, with its vertical accentuation, bridges the design of the adjacent administration building and at the same time makes the building appear light and filigree. The area of ??the foyer is opened to the surroundings with large windows. Floor-to-ceiling window openings ensure even daylight on the office space. During construction, operation and later disposal of the building materials, the environment and natural resources should be protected. The highest level of environmental and social compatibility as well as healthy living and working conditions should be ensured on a permanent basis. For this, attention is paid to the use of ecological building materials and the use of recyclable or renewable raw materials.

The construction will be carried out in two phases. The second phase of construction is expected to commence in 2023 and will serve as an expansion of the company's storage capacities.
